To not be surprised when the time comes, we list you most cases where Owen unfortunately can't do anything for your Plume Allure:
- If you have more than one claim per year (Owen only covers one claim per year).
- For a scratch on your chassis or any other aesthetic defects.
- For a battery failure and/or malfunction: Our workshops Plume are at your disposal to diagnose your battery in order to avoid bad surprises on the road. In case of failure, please contact the repair support Plume.
- For a flight while you do not have an approved flight, Owen and Plume recommend that you leave the least possible your Plume Unattended, and in any case, in the public lane, always secure it with an approved anti-volume.
