This guarantee applies:
- when your Plume Allure is damaged due to a fall, collision or a failed flight attempt on all elements of the scooter, including the battery.
- or pbear any accident that makes your Plume Unusable. No matter if you are the origin of the accident or not.
Repairs can rise to the value of your Plume Allure.
What your protection includes:
- Support of necessary repairs (excluding warranty) Plume)
- Replacement of your Plume Allure if it is no longer repairable.
- 0€ deductible for repairs due to an accidental break.
Owen breaks warranty does not apply against hidden defects and defects of your Plume Allure that fits into your manufacturer warranty Plume.
All unprovoked failures on electronic components, engine or chassis are taken into account in the legal and commercial guarantee of Plume (excluding wear items).

Unfortunately, if yours Plume Allure is stolen although an approved flight has been attached to its double fork, or if someone is arguing to you and stealing it, Owen’s flight insurance can help you compensate for this loss.
Good to know: do not forget to file a complaint within 2 days of the flight!

Is your vehicle accidental or stolen?
1. Declare your claim on the Owen site or by chat, you will be answered in less than an hour.
2. Send Owen's teams the necessary documentation to analyze your file by email or chat
3. After validation of your folder, go to your dealer to repair or replace your Plume Allure.
On average, it will take 15 days to 3 weeks to close your file.
The cancellation conditions are included in the information package that Owen has forwarded to you. If you have chosen protection over several years, it is generally possible to terminate it on each anniversary date.

To not be surprised when the time comes, we list you most cases where Owen unfortunately can't do anything for your Plume Allure:
- If you have more than one claim per year (Owen only covers one claim per year).
- For a scratch on your chassis or any other aesthetic defects.
- For a battery failure and/or malfunction: Our workshops Plume are at your disposal to diagnose your battery in order to avoid bad surprises on the road. In case of failure, please contact the repair support Plume.
- For a flight while you do not have an approved flight, Owen and Plume recommend that you leave the least possible your Plume Unattended, and in any case, in the public lane, always secure it with an approved anti-volume.
